In perfect condition, only one coat of paint is needed, this as it is from the earthquake, it has minor cracks from the earthquake. Currently it has a reception, 2 offices, a file and a toilet. White aluminum windows. Very bright. 3 Split with cold and heat pump. There is authorization by the community to make housing.
